What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, billing details processed by our payment provider.
• Usage data: bandwidth per day, request counts and error rates per sub-user, used for billing and abuse prevention.
• Website data: pages visited and basic device information, collected with privacy-friendly analytics.

What we do not collect

We do not store the content of requests you send through the proxy network.

How we use data

To provide and bill the service, prevent abuse, answer support requests and send service notices. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure where required for accounting. Usage logs are kept for 90 days.
