Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OldProxy ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to them.

2. The service

We provide access to core residential, rotating residential and rotating mobile proxy networks through a gateway. Purchases are paid from your account balance and billed per gigabyte as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Monthly plans are valid for 30 days and unused traffic expires at the end of the period; no-expiry plans keep traffic until it is used.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account and sub-users. Tell us right away at support@oldproxy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it, without refund for traffic consumed in breach.

5. Payments and refunds

Balances are prepaid. Traffic bought on GB plans does not expire. Unused balance can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 1 GB has been used.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
